Prime Cargo Mail is a privately owned courier and freight forwarding company.
Who we are
We arrange the collection, transport and delivery of documents, parcels and freight by air, sea and road, within the country and internationally.
Our customers include businesses and private individuals. Much of our work involves sensitive domestic and industrial goods, such as networking equipment, desktop and laptop computers, servers and mobile phones.
Every shipment is registered in our system with its own tracking number. From that point, the receiver is emailed each time the status changes, and anyone with the tracking number can check where the shipment is on our website.

Live animals are carried only by prior arrangement and with the required permits. Some goods cannot be shipped at all; see the list of prohibited items. If your shipment isn't listed, contact us.
How we work
Keeping shipments visible and secure
Shipment updates
We post each change in status and location to the shipment’s tracking page, and email the receiver so they know what is happening without having to ask.
Safety
The safety of our staff, customers and the communities we work in comes first. We train our staff regularly and treat safety and compliance as part of every job.
Security
Some goods need extra protection, such as high-value products or items with regulatory requirements. We discuss each client’s security requirements with them and agree how their goods will be handled.
