1. Acceptance of terms

By using any service provided by Prime Cargo Mail ("we", "us" or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to them, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide international and domestic courier, freight forwarding, warehousing, diplomatic bag and secure logistics services. We may change, suspend or stop offering any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Prohibited items

You may not use our services to ship:

• Illegal drugs, narcotics or controlled substances
• Firearms, ammunition or explosives, unless specifically licensed
• Counterfeit goods or items that infringe intellectual property rights
• Hazardous materials that have not been properly declared and packaged
• Live animals, unless arranged with us in advance and covered by the required permits
• Anything prohibited by the laws of the origin or destination country
• Cash, negotiable instruments or precious metals above the declared limits

4. Limits of liability

We are not liable for losses above the declared value of a shipment, or for delays caused by customs clearance, natural disasters or other events outside our control. Claims for loss or damage must be made in writing within 30 days of the expected delivery date. For high-value shipments, we strongly recommend buying additional insurance.

5. Your obligations

When you ship with us, you agree to:

• Give us accurate and complete information for every shipment
• Package items well enough to withstand normal handling
• Follow the laws and regulations of the origin and destination countries
• Pay all charges, duties, taxes and fees for your shipment
• Make sure you have the legal right to ship the contents of every package

6. Payment

Payment is due when the service is provided, unless you have a credit account with us. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers and the other payment methods shown when you book. All prices are subject to applicable taxes and surcharges.

7. Customs and import duties

The recipient is responsible for all customs duties, taxes and import fees charged in the destination country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities. Inaccurate customs declarations can lead to fines or the seizure of goods, and the customer is fully responsible for these.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable international trade and courier regulations. Any dispute will go to binding arbitration before any court action is taken.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. If you keep using our services after a change, you accept the updated terms. We will tell customers about significant changes by email or with a notice on this website.
